En 2018, c\u2019est \u00e0 Fourvi\u00e8re que Daho a choisi de lancer la tourn\u00e9e de son onzi\u00e8me album, Blitz. On peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 annoncer un coup d\u2019\u00e9clat, \u00e9lectrique et flamboyant. Car celui qui, non sans ironie, se d\u00e9peint comme un \u201csurvivant, tout flingu\u00e9\u201d revient en fait en cr\u00e9ateur fringant, r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, qui r\u00e9invente son \u00e9l\u00e9gance frenchy en convoquant brumes psych\u00e9d\u00e9liques et grands espaces sonores. Sublimant tout \u2013 coups durs, dangers, deuils \u2013, Daho nous invite \u00e0 \u201cvoyager l\u00e9ger\u201d. Profession de foi d\u2019un homme qui, sous sa carrure de parrain pop, transcrit d\u00e9sormais comme nul autre le bouleversant trembl\u00e9 d\u2019une vie. Et qui d\u00e9montre aussi qu\u2019il excelle dans l\u2019art de boucler les boucles : en premi\u00e8re partie, il a choisi de convier la prometteuse Calypso Valois, fille d\u2019Elli et Jacno, qui furent ses premiers \u00e9veilleurs et protecteurs.
